Meet Chad Gillaspy
I grew up as a small-town multi-sport athlete and fell in love with strength and conditioning after seeing how smarter training could unlock real performance. That drive carried me through an All-American college career at Evangel University and professional stops in Canada, NBA G-League, Italy, ABA, and The Basketball League.
Along the way, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, a minor in Personal Training, and advanced credentials including Champion Performance Specialist, BioForce Conditioning Coach, CSAC, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and Certified Biomechanics Specialist. I now use that experience and knowledge to coach athletes and driven adults toward stronger, faster, and better performance.
Why Athletes Trust Me
My playing experience, combined with training experience and education, give me a very unique perspective in the industry. Combine it with focused coaching and a relentless drive to always improve, I help turn your consistent work into measurable performance gains.

From Small Town To Pro
I started as a small-town high school basketball and baseball player with little knowledge of physical preparation. Once I discovered how structured strength and conditioning could transform strength, speed, power, and confidence, I wanted to learn everything I could.
That curiosity led me to an All-American college career and professional contracts in multiple leagues, where I learned how to stay ready through long seasons, off-seasons, and the mental grind of performing at a higher level.
Coaching Built On Education
Alongside competing, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation with a minor in Personal Training, completed a Cressey Sports Performance internship, and added certifications in performance, conditioning, biomechanics, and pain-free training.
That education combined with personal experience shapes every program I create. My approach emphasizes long-term development, injury reduction, recovery, and helping athletes and adults reach performance levels they once thought were out of reach.
